I'm quite satisfied with the pricing though feel ko may mga aalisin silang mga features. Baka maging ala tucson din ang waiting time nito kapag malakas ang demand. Hehehe.

Ford updated the local mini-site of the new Fiesta, it highlights the top "S" model.
Some of the features listed include the following:
- Hill Launch Assist
- ESP & traction control
- Blootooth & Voice Control
- MP3 player through AUX jack or USB
- MFD (Multi-Function Display)
- Steering Wheel Audio Control

Looks like they left enough features to justify the Fiesta S Powershift's P816K price.

Tiningnan ko din ang Mazda 2... magka hawig sila... pero mas nagagandahan ako sa Ford Fiesta, mas mura pa, mag tatalo na lang sila sa parts availability.

Sana may mag compare dito ng Mazda 2 at Ford Fiesta na car review.

Wow ganda ng pricing, the 1st time i saw one here in China, type ko na agad, but di ko gusto ang sedan, ang pangit ng likod, but well its just me.

Question: can you manually shift with the dsg transmission ? And does it come with all disc brakes?

No manual shift function for the Fiesta's Powershift, but I read that the "L" in "PRNDL" is sort of like a mislabeled sport mode.

Fiestas use rear drum brakes, but tests show (Insideline & Motor Trend) that it has a short braking distance.

Nice pricing.

Official launch will be at the 3rd Philippine International Motor Show (Aug 19-22, 2010).
I recall one of the Ford guys at the Toy Box display said the Fiesta should be at the showrooms as early as (mid or late?) September.
