Depends. What speed do you drive at, and how long are your trips? Should be able to push up to 7-8 km/l on the highway with "eco-"driving.

Manila to pangasinan, 80-90km/hr since nanginginig sya kapag umaabot ng 100

For city driving ours used to go 5-6 km/l but everytime we go to Bataan, we get around 7-8km/l.

3.3 km/l city. Around 7 for highways. Always keep the engine in top condition as well as the filters.

We have 2 units 4.6L engine E-150 same 2002 model but dif mileage, one is 35,000kmts got 7kpl hiway and 4kpl city while the other one hi-mileage of 150,000kmts got only now 3kpl city and 6kpl hiway, but surprizingly my 3rd gen 2008 expedition 5.4L engine 54,000 mileage got 9kpl long drive from batangas to clark and 4kpl city and 6kpl mix 😜😜😜😜😜

^^ probably yes. Madali na kasi may highways.

Dati when we used a e150 to baguio, 2 full tanks that's with roaming around the city for 3 days.

Another full tank on the way home.
