Try australian muna -hardy and yellow tail. Pag nag level up na californian na. My favorite is zinfandel manamis namis kaysa cabernet na mapait.

Ask ko lang, is it still OK to drink white wine that is over 10 years old? i have a few bottles that were stored in a closet(no temp/humidity control), but i heard that you're supposed to drink white wine within one year of production.

    Same question with champagne

if you are thinking, "will it turn into one of the most potent poisons known to man", the answer is no.
these "best before" dates are just a suggestion that the beverage will taste best if imbibed within the specified period.
the worst that might happen, is that the fine alcohol turns to vinegar.
tikman nyo, po, to see how it tastes.

You can check if the wine has vintage. If not its already spoiled.
White wines are not for storage. Most of them are blended. So it must be consume within the year.
Champagnes can be stored. The longer, the better. Keep it in a cool, dark place.

Not a big fan of brandy, I just find its smell stronger than I like my booze to be. The classic Fundador Solera has the kick better over the Double Light. I like my booze to be on the strong side, the higher alcohol content the better.

Here are a few spirits I have at home now plus bourbon, scotch, wine, and Jaeger. Ever since ECQ last March, drinking at home is more economical than going out to bars before. Suki ako sobra ng S&R.
