Medyo ot but here it is:
I've got some chicken meat marinading in the ref since Sunday morning. I was supposed to grill it for lunch last Sunday but things got in the Way. So my question is, til when will it still be safe for consumption? Gusto ko sana sa independence day ihawin para may tao sa Bahay. 😊
Naka babad Naman siya sa toyo, kalamansi, garlic, at pepper. And I know in the old days that's how meat was stored to avoid spoilage. And that's what I used to do when I went mountaineering before (although I drain the Toyo na after a day or so).

If that's the case, then hindi rin pala lahat ng nakaka-afford sa kanila ay hindi frugal mag-isip...
