Where to find the best halo-halo in PH

Ang best halo halo ay is retz dahil hindi mo maintindihan halo halo ang sinasabi kaya kadalasan hindi mo alam kung totoo.

ang masarap kay razon's, ay pino ang yelo. hindi namumuo. suave kainin.
sana lang sana, ay haluan pa nila ng ube, beans, langka, at kaong..

But they already have branches in Naga and Legaspi.

kung biyahe kayo tagaytay try Rowens's halo-halo. one of the best i've tried so far...just my opinion...

masarap talaga halo halo sa Bicol pero yun natikman ko sa Tabaco, Albay
dyan ako first time na nakatikim na pino yun yelo even before nun sa Razon's

+1 Just had Razon's yesterday and the ice was the clincher. Parang ice cream lang kinakain ko. No need to crunch the ice. I find the minimal halo ingredients ok na rin. Ang ice and milk talaga ang nagdala.
