Then eat fresh fish from the farm.

Forget about snobbing the fish from ocean or you'll never eat them at all. Here's the fact. All fish are found to have mercury, and mercury comes from their diet
Fish accumulate mercury from eating other fish. That is why the larger fish and predator fish are found the most mercury level. Here in U.S each states have D.N.R has a mercury advisory as to how many of each species/size it is safe to eat over period of time. This is one of the concern when eating fish is mercury accumulation in our body since mercury are appears naturally in the marine enviroments and some rivers fed with water from active geothermal areas, unregulated industrial pollution(like what happened somewhere in visaya).

Swordsfish and Tuna are the only commercially popular fish that may have a mercury contents above 1 parts per million(ppm). This fish are accumulate mercury much faster than others as they grew larger because they consume large amount of small fish.

With all this fact....are you still want to eat fish? The heck with it, Ill eat it. Our ancestor have eaten such fish for centuries....even Jesus eat fish too.

Wow 50%! I think I'll go to the wet market tomorrow to buy some fish. I hope my favorites - tanigue and pampano are on "sale".
