Dan Eric's Ice cream. not available sa mga groceries. usually sa mga bakery or sari-sari stores mabibili. walang sinabi Selecta or Magnolia hehe super creamy sya na pag natunaw eh parang milkshake. kahit matagal sa freezer eh hindi ganun katigas pag nilabas at madaling i-scoop kasi creamy nga sya and parang hindi puro water.

much cheaper sa selecta and magnolia. half gallon nila 180-190 pesos, not sure now kasi hindi na ako nakadaan duon sa tindahan simula nung pandemic. meron din sila mga cups parang 15 pesos lang and other ice cream na less than 20 pesos.

i like atis.
i first tasted it from magnolia, decades ago.
but it suddenly disappeared from the market.
it was only years later, when i got to conversing with a friend in the industry.
it would seem, they couldn't stabilize the atis enough, so's it couldn't last long in storage...

mas mura talaga ang 1 gallon versus 2 half gallons.
but my problem is, it is difficult to fit a 1 gallon container in my freezer, what with the other denizens in there.

when I was young, if i remember correctly cashew praline. currently I like salted caramel and avocado of big scoop. surprisingly even bonus ice cream is good for its price, at least for me.
