    Steamed talbos ng kamote with matching bagoong and kamatis plus pritong galunggong. Okay na okay.

    amf. hafta agree masarap ito. samahan ng bagoong isda with sampaloc... wow.

    hmmm dami eh...lahat sila paborito ko he he...

    mga inihaw with enseladang talong, sinigang, adobo(lalo na yung puting adobo version namin), spicy shrimp at alimasag na style dampa ang luto, dinuguan na walang lamang loob, karne lang ng baboy dapat tulad sa Via Mare, dami pa eh....

    if i have to think really hard right now it would be...

    fresh oysters lightly steamed in seawater in the fishcages off the zambales/pangasinan coastline.

    but that could change after my next meal!

    nalimutan ko sa list ko iyan...da best nga iyan dahil sari wang sariwa...kapag nasa dagupan kami ni misis di maaaring di kami bibili niyan...timba timba ang bentahan sa mga maliit na kubo sa tabi ng kalsada...sabayan mo lang ng tinimplahang suka ayos na!! (naglalaway tuloy ako he he)
