    I been here in Pakistan for 2 1/2 years and believe me guys, the food here is awesome! As in hindi mo makain.... sa ANGHANG!
    Since field work ako sometimes, wala ako choice kundi kumain ng food nila... chicken/mutton/beef Biryani, handi, qurma, quebab with matching roti, nun at kung anu ano pa! Sa known restau lang ako kumakain coz how they prepare the food is something na ikasisira ng appetite mo

    I stopped eating sisig since last month. a friend of mine (whom I accidentally met in HK) told me about a recent study on how a sisig can affect your brain/thinking in the long run since combination ng utak, bituka, meat, taba ng baboy yun.

    anyway di naman ako maniniwala sa friend ko, kaya lang before we met, I was reading this article sa isang newspaper sa HK about a young 25-yr. old chinese mainlander who was sweating profusely on the right side of the body. parati kanan part lang ang body nya ang pawis. the doctors can't find anything wrong with him but they have theorized that a bacteria may have affected his brain. the part of the brain that controls sweating.

    turned out adventurous yun chinese, and he ate snails just before the affliction.

    ingat mga tsikoteers kakakain ng exotic food/dishes, you'll never know baka utak kagad tirahin

    kawawa yun chinese, may photo pa nga sa newspaper. yun kalahati ng T-shirt nya laging basa ng pawis.

    yup. agree with you. tsalap tsalap din yan. and depende din talaga sa pagluto ng bagoong or alamang.

    sarap-sarap ng binagoongang baboy! even more pag crispy yung liempo and steaming hot yung rice.

    Medyo nilagnat na ko pero tinuloy ko fluid intake to recover fast. Ayun talo siya!
    Yung ibang barkada ko na kasama ko sa birthday ganun din pala sinapit at
    worst yung celebrant na babae pa naman ends up in hospital. Tsk tsk.

    Kaya amoy amoy muna bago eat. Mahirap na!

    when my cuzns and i went on a road trip (banaue-sagada-baguio-la union) we stopped * sagada kase we were hungry for lunch we stopped by this like karinderia. we asked for adobo and rice.when the adobo came i tasted the thing kase it looked different. it tasted weird. i asked what meat it was dog meat pala (we didnt ask kase we were so hungry).. i ran out the door and threw up. we just paid for the everything even if we didnt touch it. i threw up coz i have 9 dogs so go do the math. galit din ako sa mga taong kumakain ng aso. after that bumili na lang kame ng prutas i didnt eat anything (xept for junk food and fruits) till i got back home.

    I'm a dog lover myself, kaya hindi ko talaga maisip kung bakit may mga kumakain ng karne ng aso.

    Yung dati kong officemate, merong banda. One time, naimbitahan silang tumugtog sa Davao. Pagdating doon, gutom na gutom na sila, kaya nag-request sila ng kanin at ulam. Sa sobrang gutom nila, hindi na nila natanong kung ano yung sine-serve sa kanila. It was only later that they learned it was dog meat. Nandiri man sila, wala na silang magagawa, nakain na nila.

    Habang tumutugtog na sila onstage, panay daw ang alulong ng mga aso sa paligid.
