    all i need to start my working day at 6 in the morning - a hot cup of milo and coffee (3 teaspoons of milo with 1/2 teaspoon of nescafe classic, sugar and milk to taste.) if i have more than that then i have to go back to bed as i will feel sleepy. damn i must be getting old!

    when i have the time, some or all of the following....spam, palm corned beef, longganizang ilocos, besugo or danggit from Cebu or Dumaguete (with vinegar and sili), fried eggs (min. 2), garlic rice, salted eggs mixed with tomotoes and onions) brewed batangas coffee, tomato juice...damn, i love breakfast food!!!

    39 na, 3 years na lang di na ko pwede tumaya sa 6-42. buti na lang may megalotto pa! sana naman tumama ako bago ko abutan ang 49!

    Nung hindi pa kami mag asawa nung misis ko madalas din kaming kumain diyan sa Rodic's sa loob ng Coop (taga pook dagohoy kasi dati nakatira yung misis ko) ang sarap nga ng tapsilog diyan ibang klase pinong pino, 60's pa nga ata yang Rodic's

    My favourite is longganisang lukban at sinangag, pero lately puro oatmeal nalang ako sa umaga lagi kasi kaming nagmamadali sa umaga at healthy food din naman ito

    50's pa po sila, sarap2 ng tapsilog! minsan inaaraw-araw ko. nakakaadict!

    pansin ko ang hilig ng mga pinoy sa itlog for breakfast. :lol:
