Sawa na kasi ako sa usual breakfast namin dito, mga processed meats (tocino, longanisa, ham, etc), eggs, the usual.. ano pa kaya pwede masarap kainin tuwing agahan?
I normally don't take breakfast. Kasi if I do, halos di na ako nakaka-kain ng lunch. Pag may event (convention or seminar sa mga hotel) lang ako usually nag-aalmusal kasi libre, hehehe. Bacon ang parati kong tinitira
during normal/working days - Beef burger with Milk Tea
during weekend - either fried rice with corned beef w/ fried egg or
- dumplings with boiled hotdogs
i don't think i ever had a regular routine after HS. when i was still in manila, i usually don't eat breakfast (yosi lang and water) since kanya kanyang kain kami ng family ko. kakain lang ako kapag weekend (bihira pa yun) kasi may food na nakahanda and may kasabay ako kumain. ngayon, coffee and breakfast food (walang choice) -- panay yaya sa akin ng tito & tita ko lalo na kung hindi ako lalabas agad ng kwarto. kung wala sila pag-gising ko, back to cereals and milk kung hindi nakaluto ung tita ko.
I wake up at 4am, kaya tulog pa lahat ng tao sa amin walang nakahain sa mesa. DIY lang: coffee, watch ANC, and tirang ulam nung gabi tapos yosi habang nagpupunas ng tsikot.
workdays, a cup of rice and left over dish the night before. approx. 500 ml water and my multivitamins. restdays, a cup of coffee with full cream milk then water, water na lang till lunch time.
usually i dont eat breakfast kasi tanghali na ako nagigising.. pero kung medyo napaaga at nagutom mas ok sa kin na pandesal na may palaman na fried egg and milo..
