    Im craving for bagoong fish? Not the kare kare kind of bagoong.

    This and calamansi as a dipping sauce for okra..

    I think this is a north luzon thing...

    yes, bagoong isda (either "monamon" or "padas"). its a condiment na hindi nawawala in most if not all of northern luzon kitchen or dining tables[emoji39]

    My parents never had padas in the pantry. Super weird lng My uncle served it once but i was too picky then lol. Parang i wanna try when i go back.

    Bagoong isda with talong kamatis onions!
