1.Shrimp pesto pasta. Can't cook yet, i still don't have fresh shrimp. In my bucket list for this month.
2.Lechon with lots of lemon grass just like how we probinsiyanos prepare it in the province. I tried the lechon available here but nothing is at par with ours.
3. Siomai with chilli-garlic sauce. I can cook this anytime soon. I just need a wrapper. I make my own chilli-garlic sauce. It's tastier when you sautee it with shrimp.
4. Ultimate noodles in North Park.
