    Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, any casserole. The wife is a great cook when it comes to PH dishes. But, not when it comes to Western/European dishes.

    My youngest actually looks forward to the (paid) hot lunches in school.

    i bought this vigan longganiza from the mall supermarket last night, and had it for breakfast..
    it was terrible!
    not even a shadow of the one wifey bought in vigan a few months ago...

    I love Lucban, Vigan and Cabanatuan Longganisa. I buy from Salcedo or Market Market. Those sold at the supermarket are not authentic.

    Japanese kimchi. I snack on it (with some beer) straight from the jar.

    Spicy Korean kimchi is okay. But, I love the sweet n tangy Japanese kimchi. It's much harder to find around here than Korean kimchi.
