Yeah sea bass is even more expensive. I don't find it so much at casual dining restos.

Expensive ba sea bass? Here in Negros its called "bulgan". It is also being grown in fishponds here. Ideal candidate for a sweet and sour dish. :D

    BTT:

    Cheetos Jalapeno

How would you know its Chilean sea bass? Don't believe everything the menu or what the wait staff tells you. ;)

I don't think a reputable restaurant could get away with serving fake chilean sea bass. I don't normally order fish though.
