hmm i own a resto before, during chopping ng raw food i require the chooper to wear a plastic gloves minsan latex gloves pag di maselan yun pagkain, they wear gloves especially when preparing salmon and tuna sashimi kasi raw yun e and prone to bacterial contamination, kahit dito sa bahay namin i tell our cook to wear gloves pag chop siya ng ng pagkain, dapat no rings and malinis nails lagi, hygiene is a must!

dun sa andok, kenny dapat yun naka gloves dun lang siya naka-station and no other job pede niya gawin para mas malinis.

last, mas ok din sa buffet na yung server naka gloves=) we did this before din sa resto namin=)

Hehe.
