My Uric acid has always been high because I love nuts and legumes.
Avoid nuts, peanuts, monggo, beans, peas etc. When I eat too much nuts sumasakit tuhod ko![]()
Avoid eating also red meat especially the internals like heart, kidney, lungs.. its uric acid is high,
Avoid drinking alcohol or beer,
always drink plenty of water to help flush out the toxins coz you're prone to have a gout i heard its too painful.
Sardines, gravy, asparagus, bagoong, shellfish and salmon are some that I can think of.

1. during an attack - voltaren agad. 2x 50mg na tab then 1tab na lang every 4hrs
2. to keep it from coming back - 3tsp/1tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, honey, water: timplahin nyo lang ung lasa (dagdag ng honey para mawala yung tapang). then tubig as chaser.
I swear by the apple cider vinegar thing. It helped in the 'healing' (i.e., mas nakaka-bilis mawala ng pain at swelling)

Nasa age ba? Mataas uris acid ko, actually borderline since my mid 20s. Mahilig lang talaga ako sobra sa nuts and beans etc
