    Tea definitely, although i enjoy the occassional 3-in-1. imho much less health issues with tea in the long run

    Since moving back here to AZ? None. I only drink either one when it's cold. Sweetened lemon ice tea I used to drink. But, I replaced that with ice-cold pineapple juice.
