ako kahit alin man sa mga choices. kahit ibaiba lasa ng cape nila, yung "lifestyle" at "ambience" habol ng mga tao dito, is'nt that true?

IMO, kung lasa ng coffee pinaguusapan, there's one HK Coffee shop na gustonggusto ko, it's Kosmo Coffee. ala nga lang dito non, kahit maliit lang at katabi pa ng Starbucks, mas pinupuntahan siya ng mga tao considering mas mahal siya.

Wow! Inggit ako! I only have a steam driven machine which produces not-so-good espresso (Krupps).

I can't get approval from my kumander to purchase a real machine.

It just sits in our kitchen gathering dust. Now, I'm using a french press.

^ mura lang naman sir... hindi sila nagkakalayo ng krups. btw sabi sakin krups (germany) used to produce battle tanks and artillery. now they are into kitchen stuff. hehehe

pero iba parin ang italian-made espresso machine..

look for 9bars++ and pump-driven machines. invest also in grinder (krups 75 model na P1.5k gamit ko pwede na...) etc. etc.

dati instant coffee ako, tapos masrap pala brewed... tapos mas masarap pala pag araw-araw ka naka espresso/latte/cappuccino...

dito sa batangas kapeng barako(home brewed) walang sinabi yung mga foreign coffee stores. honestly, ganan ba talaga ka pait(bitter) ang mga coffee nila o iba talaga ang tastebuds ng mga westerners.

my wife is a coffee addict, nasasama lang ako sa pagka kape nya hehe, madalas sya sa starbucks, na try na din namin kopi roti coffee, gatas na malapot pangpa tamis nila, sarap sana kaso parang katakot pag madami nailagay mo hehehe. we'll try kopi tiam next time, sarap daw kape dito sabi ng iba

uu nga pala san yan mga branch ng kopiroti na yan? sabi din sakin mura and masarap. ang mahal yung coffee buns nila... na madami na gumagaya (deli france, one in megamall forgot the name, etc.)
