sagana sa pottasium ang saging, yun lang ang alam ko...me kasamahan ako dito, mahilig din sa saging, di naman tinatamaan ng uric acid...senior citizen na yun I assume.....
maganda nga sa bowel system yan gaya ng sabi ni brojojo...
saging imported galing sa atin, sr4 per kg dito....mahal na din...(latundan ba yun galing mindanao)....
