It's actually at the rear of Festival Mall. I think it's in the new area called garden area or something beside the parking lot. There are about 4 resto/bar including Giligans, Molokai etc. The closest parking entry is the side of Asian Hospital. You may also pass thru the mall and exit thru the rear if on foot.

You know what like 3 years ago I ate there sa Something Fishy and then I came back earlier this year around January and the ulam is still the same as it was 3 years ago only the price differed.... Tapa, Longanisa, Sauteed Hotdog in ketchup, scrambled eggs, daing bangus, garlic and white rice, palabok, pancakes, and overkilled MSG soup ....

109.00php per person is the current price. I bought some breakfast from Mcdo for the kids (pwede sabi ng staff). Same menu 3 kinds of rice, tapa, longanisa, tocino, small hotcakes, daing na bangus, lumpia shanghai, palitaw, etc.
Drink all you can for 33 pesos. Value for money na ito!
