    afaik

fresh milk - straight from the cow usually pasteurized or heat treated before packaging. can be consumed directly by drinking or with cereals etc.

skim milk - milk whose cream was removed. if you let fresh milk stand for some time, it will separate into two layers. the upper layer is the cream, the lower layer is the skim milk.

evaporated milk - milk whose moisture content is reduced (maybe through evaporation). can be reconstituted by adding water.

condensed milk - like evap but with sugar added.

soya milk - milk like drink from soya beans

homogenized milk - milk whose protein (or fat, not sure) made into uniform sizes hehehe

filled milk - milk whose cream was removed then replace with some other fat

Ang alam ko sa Full Cream milk is that it's a modified kind of milk that contains at least 5 percent fat. Eto kasi ang most recommended for kids for them to grow quicker.

Ang UHT (ultra high temperature) milk are milk products that are designed to have long shelf life hence the term 'UHT Long Life milk'. Dati kasi akala ng mga bumibili ang UHT Long Life ay pampahaba ng buhay

afaik full cream milk are the fresh milk, if its powdered full cream milk the process it undergoes is to boil the milk and or let let it dry then powderize it, creams or fats are added to integrate the milk in powdered form or fats is added to make it creamier.

low or non fat milk solid, same procedure, similar to the process above wherein the water content of the milk is dried off.

all those milk are not good... i only drink fresh gatas ng kalabaw which is not pasteurized to keep all the microbes and bacteria intact.

fresh and full cream milk is ideal for growing kids, madali nilang sunugin ang fat contents nito dahil sa kalikutan nila at tulong sa paglaki.
Skimmed or not fat is good for older people because of their primary needs - calcium and the protein ….

I would go with skimmed kahit ayaw ng iba lasa mas gusto ko ‘to.
Mura its sa abroad dahil ito ang inaalis sa mga ginagawang butter, dairies, cream etc.

Boss boybi, the best ito sa yo after long hours of biking.
