Saan ba pwede? As in evening gown for women and suit/barong for men yung venue. Preferably may dress code na formal. Wala kasi mapuntahang Fine Dining dito. Kung fine dining man, walang dress code kaya mukang tanga pag may customers na naka-formal attire.

Syempre kailangan masarap yung pagkain. :D

the only places that i could think of na meron dress code kahit papaano would be the luxury/5-star hotels.
and i guess those best places would be:

    The Peninsula Manila
    --Old Manila and Nielsen's

    Westin Phil. Plaza
    --Alfiere and Cafe Plaza

    Makati Shangri La
    --Cheval Blanc
and the other resto pero i forgot the name na...basta nandun yung buffet!

    Dusit Hotel Nikko
    --BEntay's
which is the best Japanese Restaurant for me, pero hindi rin sha ideal for romantic dinner....

formal attire would be more than welcome in these dining places, but definitely not a requirement...

    p.s.
you can also try dining at a luxury ship at Manila Bay...just make special reservations siguro if you want it to be extra specia

Grassi's in Rockwell offers formal fine dining too. Most of the five star hotels din.

Last I heard lugi daw kaya nagsara na pero di ko na-confirm e.

Subukan mo makisabay sa mga JS Prom. Joke! Hehehe. Pero you wouldn't be out of place in most fancy hotels kapag formal ang attire mo.
