Mahal pero ‘di masarap? Foodies divided on Wildflour, Dean & Deluca

I have been to the restaurants from the same group. I am not happy with Las Flores or BCN. There are much better Spanish cuisine restaurants over these two. Da fuq - yung paella order namin sa Las Flores wala man lang saffron. I am not coming back to either.

Wildflour is ok but I would pick Mary Grace over it. Nono’s is ok also.

Tomorrow, we got reservations at Chef Tatung’s Lore restaurant. I am excited to try his creations.

Lore is expensive.. set meals tapos ang konti nang servings.. for 3K+ mag Spiral na lang ako..

Lore is expensive.. set meals tapos ang konti nang servings.. for 3K+ mag Spiral na lang ako..

Alba offers good comfort food style Spanish cuisine. Go try Wobbly Pan for something good and affordable. Bar Pintxos is still one of my favorites.

I am not a fan of buffets. Lore is priced ok for degustation style restaurant. Mas malaki pa bill mo kung kakain ka ng dinner sa Wolfgang’s. Wala pa naman Hell’s Kitchen level of price out here. Hehehe

Kung gusto ko kumain ng marami, uwi na lang kami Pampanga. Ma food comma ka kapag kasama mo mga Kapampangan. Like this, dinner pa lang yan sa bahay ng biyenan ko.

Is the restaurant full? I love Chef Tatung but I find Lore tooooooo expensive. Naduling ako akala ko P1600 I'd try it out, P3600 pala [emoji23]

Yep, they only have 2 seatings tonight (6-8pm and 8-10pm).

The price is just ok. Mas mahal pa yung sa Toyo.

We are going to try Mitiz next time.

Haven't dine in Tomo but Oedo have dined in there a couple of times since it is just near my place hehe

Ate at Sbarro kanina. Wala na iyong mga dried and grounded spices nila na gusto ko dati. Ordinary hot sauce na Lang iyong condiment nila

And the serving wasn't even piping hot. Hindi tulad Ng dati sa pagkaka-alala ko.

Btw, Iyong subway kanina patok na patok sa takilya kaya napa-sbarro. 1st time I've seen so many diners in that resto

nagdrive ako kanina bago mag 1am, hoping na open pa yung nahid's shawarma kasi gusto kumain ng tumeric rice with beef & onion kaso sarado na. So ano next option ko eh tapsilog sa d orginals pares retiro kaso grabe naman kahit bakasyon na majority ng tao eh puno pa din ano ba yan!!!!

So drive-drive lang ako inienjoy ang hating gabi driving in trueQC. Ang hirap kumain ngayon konti na lang legit na 24hours na non-comercial restauarant. Ang nakikita ko puro KFC at Uncle John so natetempt ako kung kakain ba ako ng chicken eh as much as possible yan ang meat na iniiwasan ko dahil nga iba na ang current chicken vs the chickne of the 1980s. Buti na lang matindi disiplina ko kaya pumumta ako ng d original pares n domingo san juan to order tapsi sana but change my mind to try porksilog but i told the server na walang itlog so less 10pesos.

Ang napansin ko nag-iba ang restaurant business because of the pandemic. Ahyaw na mag 24hours yung mga small time resto. Si kfc ang dami dito sa lugar ko pero nakaka-kain lang ako nyan once or twice a year and that is my favorite under 100pesos fried chciken. Yung jollibee ang last na kain ko nyan parang giveahway sa isang event 15years or more pa.

Pero this year naka twice na ako kain ng el polo loco. Andoks nakakin din ako pati savory.

Ang max's pala napakatagal na last kain ko mga 12years na. Yung mga panahon na nawala hilig ko sa chicken i remember early 2000 eh hindi ko pa ahlam yung warning sa antibiotic growth hormone use sa chicken bale ang basehan ko eh my panlasa. So lumalabas ang sharp ng panlasa ko na may changes sa taste ng manok. Nalaman ko yung dangers sa chicken year 2015 na.
