fastfoods are fastfoods, though unhealthy we need them we crave for them, what these big companies could do to help alleviate public health issues is to offer a better alternative on their menus, switch to a more healthier substitute, for example you go to mcdo to have lunch, you could remove the chicken skin and eat the whites, you can even order ribs or breast part, for burgers you can forego with lavish mayo, and put ketchup and mustard instead, though still sinful but lesser evil.

its a matter of customer education and proper choice and selection of what and what not to eat=)

On the UK headline these days is that 14-stone (88.9 kg/195.6 pounds) 8 yr old kid in danger of being taken into care by the council from his parents, due to child abuse ... yep, the council actually see kids' obesity as a form of child abuse.
