    Popeye's doesn't go well with rice. It's perfect with their biscuits. But customers here want their chicken to be saltier, pwede iulam sa kanin. Kfc chicken in the Phil. Is saltier compared to ones abroad.

    exactly kaya lasa nya parang somewhere between chicken joy and chicken nuggets. chicken nuggets kasi di ba pinapapak lang, di naman kinakain ng may rice

    I think Popeye's will fold here if they continue the same setup as jollibee or mcdo

    sa Popeye's US kasi, talagang bultohan ang orderan ng chicken, parang $6 to $7 lang ata isang bucket or was it box ng chicken, can't remember 2014 pa yun.

    the US stores literally has like a large oven or griller wherein fried chicken are being flooded sa counter








    eh dito satin binibilang ang piraso ng chicken, pag 1pc P90, pag 2 pc doble


    btw, observation ko lang ha . the two major American restos na binuksan ngaun are Shake Shack and Popeye's, I think both are managed or orginated by Black Americans.

    Kahit Chickenjoy super alat. Di na malasahan yung natural flavor ng kinakain sa sobrang asin. Tapos ang hilig pa na may sawsawan na maalat din. Kaya siguro maraming may hypertension.

    We tend to have leftovers with fast food (typical Pinoy fashion of not being wasteful). When it comes to reheating leftover chicken on the microwave, I would say KFC is better, especially with the original recipe.

    Reheating leftover Popeye's chicken...., is just nasty. The crunchy breaded skin becomes soft and rubbery with the chicken meat having a dry texture. Popeye's chicken is best eaten and finished on the spot. They're not good as leftovers.

    sa Jollibee kasi ngayon sisiw na yata yung ginagamit sa chickenjoy.. yung dating full breast.. ngayon hinahati pa nila sa gitna.. sobrang nakaka dismaya ang sa liit nang chicken..

    Popeyes here in SG is ok. For me, mas ok pa chicken ng Texas Chicken and Four fingers (Koren fried chicken).

    Kaya naman pala, akala ko humina na ako sa rice, dati kasi may extra rice pa ako, Yun pala sakto na Ang 1 rice sa half pc chicken

    The biscuits get hard pretty quick. That's why I call it a hockey puck.

    I dunno. Perhaps the PH Popeyes is better than the ones here. The only food I like there are the Jambalaya, Cajun Rice, and the Popcorn Shrimp.

    Texas chicken is indeed super hyper crispy lol. nakaka burn ng roof of your mouth lol.

    yeah ny sis tells me that 4fingers is one of the best but i had too much hawker food lol
