    Taba = Fat
    Flabs = The complete oppisite of abs, but not muscle.(its all fat)

    Contrary to popular belief, fat doesn't make you fat. Taba is actually good for you. As long as it's natural taba. And no, the taba you buy from the supermarket ain't natural.

    Huh?! Care to explain, sir? What is natural taba and what is artificial? I assume what you are referring to as "taba" are animal fat.

    From a natural animal. Yung pinapakain ng natural niyang pagkain like grass instead of feeds or yung hayop direct from the gubat like baboy ramo or usa instead of commercial pork. Heart attacks and strokes are actually quite a recent phenomenon. Naglabasan lang yan nung madevelop ang modern farming techniques at nagsimula ang refining ng asukal, rice, flour, etc.

    True, kaya better to eat beef than pork if you are a meat person. At least baka, grass pa din pinapakain, yung swine kasi feeds na. Dami pang source ng cancer dyan.

    But fish pa rin ang da best, wag ka lang nga allergic dito due to genes problem ata.

    pero diba ang problemsa sa beef eh yun marbling you can't separate the fats from the meat unlike pork makikia mo

    It's bacon for me since I have it for breakfast every Saturday. On weekdays I only eat fruits for breakfast kasi.

    Pag Tocino I like beef better than pork.

    A fat is a fat is a fat. No matter what you feed the animal, taba pa rin ang pinaguusapan. At pag sobra ang kain ng taba then its unhealthy and will raise the blood cholesterol whether it came from a "natural" animal or not. That's my take on this.

    Your take is wrong. Not all fats are the same. Just like not all calories are the same. We need fats to survive. All your organs are covered in protective fat. Your immune system will not function properly if your cholesterol drops too low. I always laugh when people buy fat free and fat free that. :hysterical:

    ngiwi kung ngiwi, may gamot at ospital naman....

    pero sukang pinoy kurat na maraming bawang sawsawan ng hipon ha...
