    Has anyone tried Ostrich meat? Ang sarap pala parang lasang beef without the guilt since mas low sya sa fat than beef. Its more expensive though. Got to try it sa Angel's Kitchen (sa may Conneticut St. Greenhills) kahapon. Sarap yung pagkaluto nila parang tepanyaki bagay na bagay talaga sa hot rice...

    I've had ostrich meat before and I love it!

    Virtually no fat, high in protein, low cholesterol, tastes great!

    yes sarap! Sauteed ostrich, with broccoli flower or in oyster sauce - Causeway Banawe :2thumbsup:

    yun nga bro, lalo't nasa kamay na ng mga restaurant. pero sa nueva ecija (dun ang maraming farm) depende sa parte. The farm produces fillet meat at P600/kl, steak at P500/kl and stir fry at P400/kl.

    gusto ko masubukan yung itlog nila.
