ti minimize cost, most bakeware are made of aluminized steel. the aluminum layer of that pan must have worn out. due to their hi usage, they should have opted for stainless steel.

eww i was planning to eat there pa naman nakakawalang gana, well id just eat the cheesecake if it really were from cheesecake factory, pag pasta kasi cibo pa din =)
