sucrose hinde glucose pag brown sugar

Brown sugar contains 95 per cent sucrose and 5 per cent molasses, which adds a lovely toffee flavour and moistness but no great nutritional benefits over white sugar. The same applies to muscovado, demerara, rapadura and black sugars which are often preferred for baking. There's a little potassium, calcium, magnesium and other minerals but they're not present in great quantities. Well, not enough to make me sit up and take notice when I'm only consuming a teaspoon here and there.

while the total sugar amount may be the same,
the swiftness of the increase in blood glucose level, the "glycemic index", is noteworthy.
the objective is to not allow the blood sugar to peak as high as theoretically expected.

    example.
kain ka ng cadbury chocolate. in a few minutes, sakit ulo.
kain ka ng equivalent sugar content food, but bound in more complex form. no headache.

(SPOT.ph) It seems like something new is always happening at UP Town Center—the latest one to open their doors at the sprawling mall is milk-tea chain Macao Imperial Tea. They're opening on August 24 at 10 a.m. and they've got a special buy-one-take-one promo for their opening day.

On that day only, buy any Cream Cheese or Chestnut Cream drink in 16 oz and get another one for free. We're heading there early because lines are sure to be long.

Macao Imperial Tea is opening at G/F Phase 2, UP Town Center, Diliman, Quezon City.
