if his parents buy food for themselves and later decide they don't want it and give it to him, that's one thing.
but kags to ask his parents to buy him something to avail of the senyor citizen discount... that's something else.

if the rules are to be strictly followed, there is a limit to the number of items that can be purchased using the discount card..
to prevent the senyor citizen from easily stocking his farmacia or sari sari business, using his discount card.
