Pero pag tea talaga habol nyo eh chatime and gong cha talaga. And pag oorder kayo eh sa latte dapat para real milk. Pag under sa milktea eh creamer lang gamit. May asim aftertaste.

Iba na talaga craze sa milktea.

Guess this Grab driver really just needed his milk tea fix.

Twitter user *patriciaserinoo shared a now-viral tweet over the weekend that tells the story of how her Grab driver asked her to order him milk tea before he was to pick her up from an Infinitea branch in Marikina City.

“My [Grab] driver asked me to buy him milk tea! Cute HAHA,” wrote *patriciaserinoo in the tweet posted on Saturday.

A photo of their conversation can also be seen in the tweet.

Cute HAHA

“What do you want? We can still order [milk tea] for you,” Serino asked the driver Rolando Garcia Jr.

“[I want] wintermelon, is that ok heheheh I’m on my way there I’ll just pay it here [in the car],” Garcia answered.

The next photo shows Garcia in the driver’s seat all smiles and posing with his Wintermelon tea.

Serino’s tweet had over 107,000 likes and 16,000 retweets as of this article’s posting.

It has become so viral that even Grab Philippines’ Twitter account retweeted the photo and said: “Super cute!! Thanks for helping him out! For sure he enjoyed that milk tea fix after a long day. Shoot us a DM with your details so we can send you a GrabFood promo code for your next milk tea craving?”

The ride-hailing app has extended its operations with new features such as GrabFood that allows users to have food delivered to their doorstep.

Sarap talaga ng tieguanyin latte with pearl. Sinadya daw talaga ng chatime pero if alam mo eh you can order. Kasi ang tieguanyin latte and yung brown rice milktea eh ibebrew pa talaga from scratch. Far second is gong cha alisan tea.

I only go Serenitea Last week, I went to the mall to buy Taho, I was told there were no pearls so I did not buy anymore. Tried to buy again today (at another branch) and I was told no pearls! WTF! So I said, last week pa walang pearls. The cashier said 1 month na daw walang pearls So now I am eating taho without sago

This used to happen to Dakasi. Nauubusan ng pearls and it would take weeks bago magkaron. They just opened Coco here in the south around Nov-Dec which was the 1st time I tried it because I rarely go north. For me I like Coco and Dakasi. Napagsawaan ko na Chatime, Serenitea and Gong Cha.

Oh! At least authentic pala talaga yung pearls nila. It's just ridiculous that a milk tea store would run out of pearls. It's like Mcdonald's without fries

Yung Tiger Sugar pinagusapan lang naming kasi everytime we go BGC and haba ng pila, walang oras na pinipili e. Makes me wonder how good it really is. I can't drink Milk Tea anymore kaya Brown Sugar Taho parati ko order sa Serenitea

Never heard of that. Is that a new flavor? It's been awhile since I ordered at Serenitea.

They launched it several months ago. I love taho so I was happy when they came out with it. I think it's not permanent. May time na inaraw araw ko taho nila until I had to stop because I was not feeling well anymore (too much sugar)

It's called the Brown sugar series and they have several varieties

Cool maybe I'll try it when I get the chance. Matamis nga ang Serenitea. It's the only milktea place that I order 0% - 25% sugar compared to other shops where I order it 50 - 75% sugar.

Haven't tried their porkchop only their fries (bbq) parang Potato Corner na mas thick ng konte. I like Serenitea's chicken chops. Medyo salty pero ok naman with the deep fried leaves hehe.

    cateh girl,

Dati kasi parang meron sila inaantay na time bago anihin. Tapos sobrang estrogenic pa yan. And 95% ng soy nakukuha pinas eh imported Geneticallly Modified.

Wag mo sisihin ang asukal. Subukan mo araw-arawin milktea kahit 100% sugar hindi sasama pakiramdam mo.

Sugar is good. It helps you digest food.
