    recently having plenty of milk tea drinking at ang pinakamalapit sa office is itea...Mas gusto ko yung pearl nya kesa sa dakasi located at the ground floor...mas mura pat at 65 pesos medium sized one...

    Why franchise where you can create your own. Sa dami ng milk-tea shops tapos almost the same lang ang lasa so might as well create a gimmick to attract clients and save initial investment money.
