how Mang Inasal managed to pull off this unlimited rice promo even when the country was facing its worse rice shortage back in 2008 is really something.
Well, its not just in Mang Inasal that one gets to see food wastage. Its everywhere! Unfinished pecho, rice, etcc...
They are reaching 190 branches. their target for the year is 200 and
300 branches by 2012.
Marami na ring mga establishments are into this "Rice All You Can" attraction....
9100:thatsit:
Rice all you can but they use the low grade ones yung may itim itim pa.... di man lang nila tanggalin before cooking...
Atsaka malakas sa spoilage of rice ang Mang Inasal. Next year rice prices will go up 100% sure ako dyan (crossing finger na hindi mag 2008 levels pero all indications points to that I am afraid)... Tignan natin if Mang Inasal does not get squeezed or raise its prices eventually or srop the unlimited rice gimmick...
Bacolod Chicken pa rin.......
We tried Mang Inasal here sa SM Molino yesterday. Parang BBQ nga lang.
What's with Chicken oil?![]()
okay lang may itim, itim or batong maliit ang rice wag lang dumi ng ipisalisin n'yo na lang. wag na kayo mag expect ng dinorado or thai rice eh one to sawa na nga eh

I don't think its that high... Mga P7M should be enough for a 100sqm stand alone branch but a bit more probably kung mall branch...
dagdag ka na lang ng 120 pesos more and you'll get Baliwags; whole chicken pa. Magsaing ka na lang. Mang Inasal's taste is not worth it.
