was in Mallofasia (read molaysia fast) yesterday la pa ako nakita asigns that krispy kreme, but compared with go nuts, KK is far better, gonuts parang asukal ne me donut e
Yup, 1st store to open end of 2006 daw in Philippines. With 30 stores over the next 5 years.
Kaso, Krispy Kreme is so over rated! People have moved on already...
Over rated? Who cares?Originally Posted by bat_zignal

Hongkong branch is also about to open. Maybe KK realized that they're on the loosing end if they won't ease up their requirements. Though they are premium brand, they still need a lot of time to catch up with DD. And as I have said, Max's must be loaded and insane to bite this franchise.
The problem is Go Nuts Donuts has already penetrated (and possibly saturated) the metro manila market. Won't KK be a late entry that would probably lose to GND in the end because they were not able to enter the local market at the proper time?
Maybe if they would priced their products competitively, they'll have some chance. I think this is a loosing battle right in the beginning.Originally Posted by ghosthunter
