    J.Co Donuts Are Calling Me | The Manila Bulletin Newspaper Online

    Johnny Andrean is an Indonesian who started his donuts business in Indonesia and has opened branches in Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines. I found out that he was a hairdresser before he brought in the Bread Talk franchise to Indonesia that became such a big hit.

    However, he wanted to create a brand with a cafe concept that people can actually sit and talk. Thus, he created his own donut cafe concept with donut flavors that are unique. He believes these different flavors will make the customer come back and try the other unique variants not offered in other donut shops.

    I have tasted this way back in April, I haven't returned since. I bought those mini donuts called J. Pops that contained I think 12? Maybe I am not really into donuts. I find it very similar to Krispy Kreme. It was in their very first branch which is in Megamall. I did like the Al Capone though.
