That scenario when you're forced (sorta) to invest in a hand grinder to bring to the office because:

(a) Instant lang talaga meron at the workplace.
(b) Dami nagbigay ng whole coffee beans last Christmas.

three biggish cups a day. instant or, if i can get, brewed. we have brewed coffee in the office, but only if someone takes pains to operate the machine.
and a mug of tea at bedtime.

From 2 to 3 cups a day i am now down to 1. Pero i substitute tea, so caffeine is still there. However, i put milk in my tea but i dont put sugar. Unlike my coffee w/c i like black, and put sugar. That means I get more milk and less sugar with my caffeine intake. I think it was a good choice.
