Does anyone use a siphon coffee maker regularly? Since espresso machines are so expensive I thought I'd get this or a moka pot. Is the coffee produced that much better vs standard drip coffee makers?

Onyx Black Siphon Coffee Brewer 5KCM812BOB | KitchenAid

Too expensive locally though. Would be great if there were good alternatives.

    errr,
isn't that just a coffee percolator?

just get the usual coffee maker.

It's not the same doc. We already have the usual drip coffee maker as well as the cartridge type one. I'm trying to get a better coffee experience at home by getting either a moka pot for making espresso with more crema or a siphon coffee maker which supposedly makes the most aroma.

Nakakapagod yung multi step coffee brewing, so I just bought Delonghi bean to cup coffee maker. In just under a minute I'll have my freshly brewed coffee.

Which model is this? Wanted an espresso machine for a while now, but holding off on it since they are usually expensive.

My first unit was the Magnifica S. More than 5 years already and still brewing perfectly.

And then late last year, I got the Dinamica ECAM350.75. I bought it specifically for its automatic milk frother for my Latte.

The first one bought it from Rustan's, pwede pala makipag haggle and pa-approve ng discount . 15% binigay.

The 2nd machine, got it directly from main office of Delonghi Ph through a common friend. Malaki din discount binigay.

Most convenient talaga coffee pods, just drop and press. You could even have different flavors each time. Problem is their effect on the environment.
