    twice a day na lang. coffee with butter & mct (aka bulletproof) paggising sa umaga, then another cup of brewed coffee sa work. sa hapon matcha green tea na lang[emoji4]

    This is my cup..at 750ml..i just put 4-5 scoops of our house blend, i have 2-3 cups in the morning so around 2.25L of coffee a day..

    i blender mo bro or shaker. actually dapat butter but i stay away from dairy kaya i made my own ghee and use it. check out bulletproof or butter coffee[emoji4]
