usually when i buy our beef, i let the butcher trim off all the evident fats, although you cant see fats around there would still be some of it left, for me that would suffice the fats that i need, para less evil i use less fat butter or clarified butter, i usually have them with veggies=)
you can also gulp down a glass of red wine after

Salt and Pepper rub lang, then sear in on a hot pan with a little bit of melted butter (about 5 mins per side).

Then make fried rice on the remaining melted butter and beef fat.

Open a bottle of red wine!

same here, salt and pepper lang.. tapos yung before mag-well done lang ang luto kasi medyo nawawala yung pagka-juicy pag well-done...

Marinade olive oil, garlic, white or black pepper,1 tbsp lea n perrins sauce. mix together and marinate for 1 hour. dash salt before cooking. 3/4 inch cut steak 5 minutes each side (medium well) serve with your favorite sauce or gravy...merry christmas!

....the best way to enjoy the best beef is just grill it medium rare/well (basta dapat pink pa yung loob). dont even put salt and pepper and no steak sauce, just the beef itself and it's juices.

...pag di talaga kaya, konting garlic salt/pepper tapos seasoning na lang. mushroom gravy kinda drowns the taste of the beef. lamon na naman mamaya!
