max's if i feel strong and healthy,
savory when i feel sick.
kfc or mcdo for daily fare.

max's prices leapfrogged over the competition's, during covid.
we found out, when covid travel restrictions softened. we decided to get max's to-go, but almost canceled the order when we found out their new prices.
we recently discovered kenny rogers. great for gourmands!

I like Max's tofu sisig but learned to make that at home so no more Max's for me. I also learned how to make fresh lumpia. Caramel bar nila pangit na.

i like kenny's sides. quality and quantity.
my favorite dish there is their burger steak. easy to eat.

tried it, not worth the time queuing, always pass by the area, and laging mahaba pila, until 1 time na maulan pag daan ko, maybe 2-3 sa pila, so its my chance na. that time i was craving for a good fried chicken, and i was thinking if i go to manda for J&B or here. sa price, medyo nasa mid sila, the sauce, was ok. though i only tried their specialty, mayo+garlic+ketchup; it was ok, but i'd be happier with J&Bs. would i come back? hmmm maybe pag maikli ang pila, and i'm not the one paying.

you should try, esp if you like max's chicken. similar in taste at a fraction of cost.
