if youre very particular about bacon, i suggest you try the real thing, santi's offer a wider choices of of good bacon=)
bake the bacon with a grilled rack to lessen the fat, then after it cooks, let it rest at room temperature, with napkins underneath to make it very very crispy, if you want a crispier bacon, bake it twice, if the package instruction says it need to be cook at 10 min at 375*c then cook it first at 5 minutes let it rest then another 5 and let it rest again.
