    I don't eat goat because of its maanta or gamey taste. Also because the goat is often associated with the devil

    They say kalderetang kambing is good daw.

    Actually, depende sa style ng luto yan eh. Pag hindi marunong ang nagprepare, at nagluto ... kahit lamb chops pa yan, sama ng lasa.

    Pero, ang lamb (chops or shanks et al),- sine-serve sa mga de-klaseng restaurant... So, sos.....

    Pero, ang kambing,- sa mga regular na restaurants o specialty restaurants... So, so s......

    Kalderetang kambing o Papaitan basta tama ang luto,- da best sa kambing!
