I've tried lamb a few times but I would never order lamb for myself. My friends and family know I do not like Lamb so they always let me try their dish when they order.

They say kalderetang kambing is good daw.

It depends on the cook, an acquaintance of mine once served me some lechon kambing. It tasted like roast beef, no gamey taste.

if you don't like the taste of lamb, the more you won't like the taste of deer meat. for me it is much flavorful unless you'll be getting the tapa venison na manipis at spiced.
i think mas magugustuhan mo pa yung kabayo. masarap yun cathy kasi mga sisters ko mahilig diyan.
chunky chewy na may litid. hindi siya sinewy tulad ng baka o kalabaw.
nagutom tuloy ako.

Hindi masyado. Those are bred for their meat naman talaga.
