Mary Grace Shang have this awesome wild raspberry tea. Best tea in the metro imo doesnt match a greasy ensaymada but super refreshing this dry season. 😆

Is that one of their iced tea blends? I like the Peach iced tea. Will give that a try next time. The gushing notes left by past customers are a bit of a turn off for me. These deserve a good Rick Rolling. Hehe.

My family loves ensaymada (senior food favorite ) so I've tried a variety of commercial and homemade ensaymadas in MM but I was never really a fan. Recently my former colleague brought me ensaymada from Marikina and now I am obsessed with it. It's too bad all their branches are only in Marikina but I am seriously thinking of trekking all the way to Marikina to buy several boxes! It's Mylene's BTW. It's so soft! Melt in your mouth ensaymada!
what flavor of ensaymada would you recommend? baka maka try ako mamaya sa mylenes xavierville

Baby Pat's a neighbor (not in Manila). A bit pricey, but their Speculoos Ensaymada is worth trying at least once.

    overrated dessert in the philippines.

Ito yung pinasosy para pwede presyuhan ng mahal. Yung mary grace, starbucks....etc .basta its not worth it.

Sa halagang 150 to 200pesos eh umorder ng cheesecake.

Magkanao lang puhunan ingredients ng ensaymada eh puno napay at hangin lagn naman. TApos iooverprice dahil sumosy na.

The price range does vary. Early 90s.. napaka mura pa. 30yrs forward. Its still a good match to your basic coffee instant or brewed.

40 peso semi artisinal ensaymadas are pretty good when heated naman. Eating them unheated is a hit and miss hahahha.

Link to these 200 peso ensaymadas pls. Maybe its pretty good

Kags if you don't have anything to contribute to the thread, why bother posting? This is about information on good ensaymadas

And besides not all ensaymadas are overpriced. Blue collar workers like carpinteros go to local bakeries to have merienda, guess what they buy?

Pero bakit sa croissant wala ganun amoy as in mabango. Yan ang napay na wala ako palag.
