him going to these restos without collaboration is just a good watch. I think he's enjoying these because he knows all the videos out there are mostly collabs.

Mukhang masarap yung giant pork chop (I love pork chop) Kaya lang sa Manila and QC lang branch. It's cheap too!

    ewan ko,
mas nasasarapan ako sa chinese food sa hongkong hauls in the wholes, kaysa chinese food sa ncr.
    ambience?

but the best roast duck i ever tasted, was from a market hole in the wall on the way to the mall in HK, by an old chinese guy wearing a holey t-shirt and who spoke no english. turo-turo kami. come lunchtime, the hole was packed with construction workers from nearby.
a colleague liked it so much, he brought home a couple of orders in the plane.

Yes anywhere you go in hk they have this distinct taste in their rice meal may it be roast pig or duck. I suggest you go to Hawker Chan to bring back hk memories.

I wish Hong Kong reopens soon, I miss the roast goose in Kam's. Its worth lining up for.

There are goose places here but its not quite as good.
