Sa mga nakakalabas ng bansa, have you noticed na mas flavorful yung ibang local versions ng Chinese dishes? Well, at least for me. Once, nag-order kami ng group namin ng one large bowl of crab and corn soup yata yun sa China, pero halos di nagalaw kasi di masyadong masarap. Some other veggie dishes also medyo matabang. Kulang sa flavor.
Not speaking in general though, kasi I like yung seafood noodles nila sa Singapore, or the other kind of noodles also. Maraming sangkap, like yung seafood nga kumpleto sa squid, fish and crab meat. I also like the other meat and seafood dishes sa Taiwan. When we were there, food trip lang din talaga. Wala naman sila masyadong natural na tourist attraction.
correct even jollibee daw dun mas ok dito. pano? sako sako msg delivery dito[emoji16]. kaya iba pag ikaw nagluto alam mo nilagay mo[emoji106]

I remember eating Jollibee sopas and hospital canteen sopas at the same time. The canteen version is like lutong ulam, masarap sakto ang alat.

they obviously cater to the local palate.
many years ago,
a colleague was in a neighboring country for several months.
medyo sensitive palate niya.
"spicy pagkains doon! how did you manage?"
"i had my meals at the McDo. doon kasi, hindi masyadong spicy ang mga pagkain."
... for several months...
In Pampanga, we have Dainty restaurant, it's not really Chinese Chinese, but I like their food.
