Since we are on this topic, eh kung terrace sa 2nd floor? tapos malapit na sa perimeter?

di ako galit. i was just pointing out the obvious that it is you who has the problem, not your neighbor.
my attitude is a big part of my opinion. if you don't like it then don't. it's a free country. you are free to not read my posts.
oh btw, the fact that your neighbor agreed does not make it legal. it is still not allowed by the building code.
Pushing your luck there, bro.
Opinions can change overnight....

Better put that down in a legal document, if you can.
Baka mag bago ang isip months from now.
Or, baka ibenta ng neighbor mo yung bahay nila and the new owner may not be that friendly and accomodating

And that is the bottomline. Do it right and avoid problems later on.
Also, if your "contractor" did not heed to something as basic as that, i'd be wary on whether he followed the building code and other precautionary measures in constructing your house. There is constant talk of the "big one" being way overdue in our part of the country already and what experts say, most damage will not come from the high rise buildings but from those small and medium ("mom and pop") construction work where the owners and contractors are more likely not to follow the building codes.
Majority nang nagsabi bawal then dapat may ginawa kana paraan dyan.
