Since we are on this topic, eh kung terrace sa 2nd floor? tapos malapit na sa perimeter?

Thanks every1 and yebo wag magalit..kaya nga ako nagtatanong diba? Share your thought only at hinde yung attitude mo..
di ako galit. i was just pointing out the obvious that it is you who has the problem, not your neighbor.

my attitude is a big part of my opinion. if you don't like it then don't. it's a free country. you are free to not read my posts.

oh btw, the fact that your neighbor agreed does not make it legal. it is still not allowed by the building code.

Better put that down in a legal document, if you can.

Baka mag bago ang isip months from now.

Or, baka ibenta ng neighbor mo yung bahay nila and the new owner may not be that friendly and accomodating

And that is the bottomline. Do it right and avoid problems later on.

Also, if your "contractor" did not heed to something as basic as that, i'd be wary on whether he followed the building code and other precautionary measures in constructing your house. There is constant talk of the "big one" being way overdue in our part of the country already and what experts say, most damage will not come from the high rise buildings but from those small and medium ("mom and pop") construction work where the owners and contractors are more likely not to follow the building codes.

i am not sure what house we are refering to,
but it is obvious that the owner of the house dictates what may or may not be done to his house.
within the limits of the law or safety, of course.

then, there is the building code... and the village code...
