Nakakaasar itong Ateng's Inasal. Their chicken doesn't taste chicken inasal. Nageexpect pa naman ako ng inasal chicken, para ka lang bumili ng lechon manok. Bad trip pa ang liit liit ng kanilang jumbo size.
Kayo nagustuhan nyo ba ito? Bad trip talaga baket pa sila nagbenta ng ganun kung di lang Inasal Chicken ang ibebenta nila.

Their chicken is a delicious BBQ disguised as inasal.
AFAIK, chicken inasal is marinated in sinamak, lemon grass (tanglad), some would add 7-up. Butter with atsuete is used for basting that is why it is colored yellow. Mang Inasal looks like and is actually a BBQ.
Bacolod Chicken is more like the real inasal.
