    talong is nice. hard to make a mistake cooking talong.

    ok lang bare hands. i'm sure they boiled their hands before handling the stuff.
    i'd feel uncomfortable, if they used blue nitrile gloves.
    heh heh.

    dun po sa amin, paminsan-minsan... it's not obnoxious, naman. only "strange". the first time i tasted one, i stared at the caramelized saging for a long time... refusing to believe my senses...

    1kg of chicken whole legs adobers. but it became 600gm coz the skin was 400g(i removed it )

    i think people buy this skin for charons...

    Sali ako….Cooked the kids favorites...Humbang front Pata and Kasim recipe handed over my erpats...with Rhum, brown sugar, soy sauce and laurel and Tahore..slowly cool until the bones almost fell out from the flesh.
