    ^ for me, 2-3 hrs kumapit na lasa, overnight better. mahaba nman free time mo, kung Saturday ka mag-ihaw, prepare mo ng Friday.

    i prito mo na lang yan [emoji39] magbabad ka na lang ulit bukas kung Sabado ka mag ihaw [emoji6] if not sa saturday mo ibabad para sa Sunday.

    yes, why not? huwag mo na isama marinade. magtutubig muna yan while niluluto. kapag natuyo na at nagstart magsizzle, add mantika then fry till brown like tapa. should be yummy[emoji39] yaya should know it[emoji6]

    Hmmm I'll give this a try. Interesting.. Mag complement yung tamis ng kamias and lasa ng miso..

    nope.. ako lang cook sa bahay..

    it's ox tripe and ox feet.. dapat lalagyan ko nung maskara kaya lang hindi available that day..

    yung recipe i just google it..

    pag natikman nang mga friends.. nagpapaluto sila.. dinuguan, kare kare, callos.. ok lang naman happy to cook for them..
