    There's no sugar naman.

    Only soy sauce, salt & pepper, kalamansi and catsup.

    I didn't make ihaw because my fat lab keeps begging me for some. hehe.

    Let us know how it turned out. Me kasi, trial and error on amount of siling labuyo in the mix.

    I got the desired taste (not too spicy) after three tries.

    why the long marinating time? kung sabado pa iluto, be sure to mix it once in a while. else yung part na hindi masyado nababad ng marinate masira o magkaamoy.

    I only get to eat at home kasi pag Saturday and Sunday Should I freeze it? Nasa ref lang pero lubog naman sa marinade

    ^ for me, 2-3 hrs kumapit na lasa, overnight better. mahaba nman free time mo, kung Saturday ka mag-ihaw, prepare mo ng Friday.

    i prito mo na lang yan [emoji39] magbabad ka na lang ulit bukas kung Sabado ka mag ihaw [emoji6] if not sa saturday mo ibabad para sa Sunday.

    yes, why not? huwag mo na isama marinade. magtutubig muna yan while niluluto. kapag natuyo na at nagstart magsizzle, add mantika then fry till brown like tapa. should be yummy[emoji39] yaya should know it[emoji6]
